We offer advice on a range of enquiry areas – Welfare Benefits; Debt; Housing; Energy; Family; Employment and Consumer Law
We have a range of benefit advice services. We offer income maximisation checks, eligibility for benefits check and practical assistance with making claims.
We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to give free specialist debt advice.
We have three energy projects that provide advice on energy efficiency, energy schemes and reducing fuel poverty along with income maximisation and energy debt advice.
We can support you with any housing related query. We support you to maintain your tenancy or property to help avoid homelessness.
Funded by Aneurin Bevan University Health Board this service provides support and specialist benefits and debt advice to in and out patients of the mental health services in Gwent.
Citizens Advice Monmouthshire County cover fuel, energy & food within our crisis support project.
Telephony project funded by the Welsh Government to assist clients with income maximisation.
